Dispite our repeated complaint we have got no support from your office.
The Metal Quality of the belt buckle is very very Poor.
The quality of the lock clip in the buckle is also very rigid.
It is not at all easy to open it again once the Belt has been clipped in.
In our attempt to open it again for adjusting the belt one of the front clips that secures the main buckle broke.
We have email you the the images of the same on your office mail Id. [****] & [****] twicwe but have not got no responce from your end.
We are very disspationed with your quality and support system.
Kindly look into our complaint asap.
