WILDHORN products are proven to live up to high standards. We always do our best to take care of our customers delight in the most fair and reasonable manner. Therefore, we provide you an option to return or exchange the product in case it failed to meet your expectations.
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team or the desired product or size is in stock.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS!
- A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
- In case any return/exchange request is rejected on basis of physical quality check by WILDHORN team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent the merchandise, WILDHORN will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the WILDHORN team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, WILDHORN will not ship the product.
- In case any return/exchange request please share the unboxing videos.
Following products are not eligible for return:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging/ labels and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Products sold/used from clearance section.
- Any item that have been used/ worn or washed.
- We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Handbags, Travel Luggage, Wallets & Travel Accessories can returned/ replaced or exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Backpacks can returned/ replaced or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to place an return or exchange request, kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Id ,invoice & mobile number used to place the order.
If an exchange or return request is made post stipulated time from the date of delivery, WILDHORN will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
Important: If you have received a damaged or defective non-returnable product, please reach out to us within 2 days from the date of product delivery.
Category wise Return/Refund & Replacement Policy
|We offer a 30-day replacement/refund policy for this item. Within 30 days of delivery, you can request a replacement in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Alternatively, you can choose to return the product for a full refund.
Please note that any luggage products with locks must be returned unlocked. For a successful return pick-up, please ensure that the item is kept in its original condition, including the brand outer box, attached MRP tags, warranty cards, and original accessories, all within the manufacturer’s packaging. In some cases, we may reach out to you to gather more information about the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund or replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund as per quoted timeline, check your bank account again .It it still fails to reflect than contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed by transferring the refund amount to your bank account through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).
If you prefer to receive the refund for a Pay on Delivery order in your bank account, please provide us with the details of your bank account via email.
We understand you may change your mind, therefore cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order, providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can mail us your cancellation request with your Order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
