Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
Easy Online Domestic Returns And Exchanges
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly go to My Order section then navigate to order number you want to generate return request and click on the View Order. Once you click on the View Order the order details page will open and you will be able to see Return button. Click on the Return button to open Return page. On the Return Page select items you want to return and select reason then click on the Return button. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. We request you to follow the instructions given below:
Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package
1. Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.
2. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
3. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
4. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given below should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.
5. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.
