Delivery & Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the WILDHORN website, please return the product at your cost by courier within 15 working days to the following address:

To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com or call us at +91-9123690291. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill, warranty card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.
All the Orders are quality checked before the dispatch. In case you receive any defective product, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91-9123690291.(Monday - Saturday) From 10AM - 6PM.
We will arrange for the reverse pick up. Once we receive the defective article, we will try the send the correct article if it is in stock or initiate the refund.

:- Please note that the WILDHORN exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India. In the unlikely event that a product requires a repair within the warranty period, please contact us at email@example.com. In most cases, you will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India
